Phone Return Policy – Return Period & Eligibility
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us of your intent to return. Once notified, you get an additional 30 days to send the device, giving you a full 30-day return window.
✅ Conditions for a Valid Return:
- Notify us within 30 days of purchase.
- Return the device in original condition (exactly as delivered).
- Follow the official returns procedure outlined below.
Devices returned with visible wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund. Returns after the 30-day notification window may not be refunded and could only be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
How to Return Your Phone – Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Device for Return
- Backup All Personal Data – We are not responsible for any data loss.
- Remove SIM/SD Cards – Keep your personal data secure.
- Remove Google, Samsung & iCloud Accounts – Returns cannot be processed if devices are locked.
- Include Original Accessories – Charger and cable must be returned with the phone for fault analysis.
- Use Secure Packaging – Protect your item with bubble wrap and remove any old labels.
- Include Your Order Number – Print your invoice or add a note with your order details inside the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Phone to Us
After submitting your return, send your item using Tracked or Special Delivery for insurance and tracking. The item is your responsibility until it reaches our facility.
Step 4: Refund, Repair, or Replacement Status
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return.
Most issues are resolved within 3–7 working days.

Refund Policy – What You Need to Know
- Unwanted items returned unused within 14 days = full refund (excludes postage).
- Faulty items covered by warranty = full refund + shipping cost (proof of receipt required).
- Devices returned in lesser condition may receive a partial refund.
- Returns not completed within 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
📌 Special order items (e.g., screen protectors, batteries) are non-refundable.
Warranty Returns – Repairs & Replacements
Our devices come with a warranty (check specific product listing). If a fault occurs within this period:
- We may repair or replace the device.
- Devices with no fault or non-covered issues incur a £14.99+VAT inspection fee and a £9.99 return charge.
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Physical wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
- Battery degradation from normal use
- Jailbroken or rooted devices
- Screen burn or ghosting issues
- Software-related faults due to user modifications
Returning due to power issues? Include your charging cable or email a photo to our support team.
Account Lock Removal – Must Be Done Before Return
Remove iCloud from iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Find My iPhone → Turn off.
- Sign out of iCloud completely before resetting the device.
Remove iCloud Remotely:
- Visit iCloud.com → Log in → Find My iPhone.
- Select your device → Click “Remove from Account.”
Remove Google/Samsung Account:
- Go to Settings > Accounts → Select account → Remove.
- Or visit Samsung Account to remove devices remotely.
📌 Devices with active locks will be returned to the sender. We cannot process locked devices.
